I want a stand-alone bar code scanner App for use in Checkout 2.0.
Cheap barcode scanners start at more than a $100.
So the price could be $40-80, and customers would still bite.

Wireless scanners start at more than a thousand $$$$.
A Cocoa Touch barcode scanner app could sell like hotcakes.

Oh, and I want a camera in the iPod Touch, Why wasn’t it there in the first place!?

It sounds as though Delicious Library 2.0 will retail for $40, and Delicious Library Pro for $80.
Priced right, Delicious POS wouldn’t cannibalize Delicious Library 2.0 sales.
